We collect your personal information, for example, when you

  • Open and account or deposit moneys
  • Pay bills or apply for products and services
  • Use your credit card or debit card.

We also collect your personal information from others such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other
companies.

Why can’t I limit all
sharing?
Federal law gives you the right to limit only

  • sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes-information about your creditworthiness
  • affiliates from using your information to market to you
  • sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you

State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.

What happens when I
limit sharing for an
account I hold jointly
with someone else?
If you have a product held jointly with another person(s), each of you may opt out individually or you may opt out for each other.

You may have other privacy protections under applicable state laws. For example, if you have a California or Vermont mailing
address we will automatically limit internal sharing and sharing for marketing use within the Key family of companies. Key does
not share customer information with third parties, except as permitted by law. These sharing limitations will continue for as long
as our records indicate you are a Vermont or California consumer. If our records show you no longer reside in Vermont or
California, your opt outs will revert back to the preference(s) originally on file with Key. However, you may still limit sharing by
