Covid-19: Resources to Help Borrowers

Our number one goal at GradFin is to help you navigate your student loan obligations.  If you have been impacted recently by a financial hardship as a result of Covid-19, we are here to help you review your options such as forbearance and other lender protections.

Forbearance allows borrowers to temporarily pause their monthly student loan payments on federal or private loans.  We will continue to work closely with our federal and private lending partners to provide guidance to borrowers on forbearance and other options.

For borrowers with Federal loans, please refer to the Federal Student Aid resource page for information about your relief options, including federal forbearance options.

For borrowers who have refinanced their loans with one of our private lending partners, please email us for more information regarding your lender’s forbearance policy.

Please check back as we will update this page with the most up to date information as it becomes available.
